POLICIES
• Una Orchid Tattoo Gallery is a safe space for all. Any projects including hate, slander, or profanity will be declined at the artist’s discretion.
• I do not tattoo minors, even with parental consent. ID’s will be checked and photographed at your appointment. If under 18, the deposit will be forfeited.
• A non refundable $100 booking fee will be required before a tattoo appointment is considered booked. This will go towards the final cost. The final amount will then be owed at the time of your appointment.
• Up to two reschedules are allowed per deposit with at least 48 hours notice. Anything under 48 hours notice, or above two reschedules, will forfeit the deposit. Another deposit will need to be placed in order to book again.
• All design details must be submitted a week before your appointment. Any changes to the design under one week, that was not originally discussed, may require an additional design fee or may not be accommodated at the artist’s discretion.
• One free touch up is included with all tattoos that were properly taken care of. This appointment must be made within four months of the original appointment. Anything over four months will be charged accordingly.
• One reschedule is allowed on free touch up appointments with 24 hours notice. Under 24 hours notice or over one reschedule, will be charged a supply fee that must be paid before booking that appointment.
• After care is the responsibility of the client. Una Orchid Tattoo Gallery supplies aftercare instructions and supplies, but they are not liable for any infections or damage to the tattoo due to poor after care.
• If poor after care is found to be the reason a touch up is needed, additional fees may be added.
• I have the right to refuse service
*a grace period of 15 minutes on late appointments will be allotted with prior communication. 30 minutes late or no communication will be considered a no show, and will result in a forfeiture of your booking fee and a cancellation.
